Obtained from the ancient Calabrian vine Castiglione.
It presents very intense and penetrating aromas to the nose. The bouquet is complex in which hints of red fruit, strawberry, pomegranate, balsamic and floral notes emerge. In the mouth it expresses itself as a powerful rosé but balanced with a long and persistent fi nish. Extremely versatile in pairings with both meat, fish and vegetables
